General need to know:

  • On weekends our sessions run on the hour every hour! This means that if you arrive after the session starts you will have reduced time or be asked to wait for the next session. Depending on how busy we are, queue times can also impact how long waiting times are. To avoid waiting times - Book online!

  • Grip Socks are compulsary! You must wear Grip Socks on either the trampolines or inflatables. They are available for purchase at reception for $2.50 or you can use Grip Socks from another park. If you do purchase a ticket without Grip Socks you will be kicked off the arena and told to get Grip Socks.

  • Kids under 120cm may be restricted in certain areas. A few of our inflatables and the performance arena section are closed off to jumpers under 120cm and bubble soccer.

  • Any Gift Vouchers/Discounts must be redeemed in person and cannot be booked online or over the phone. This includes the entertainment book.

  • During the week we host both schools and classes that may effect the availability of certain equipment. If this is a concern to you simply give us a call to find out if we have anyone in.

  • Our Inflatable field is only open from 09:00AM - 04:00PM Saturday, Sundays and School holidays. If you buy a multipass at 3PM or have a 2 hour party starting at 3PM we encourage customers to use the inflatables for the first hour so they can have an opporunity to maximise the value of their pass.

  • We have loyalty passes that give a 15% or 25% discount! Check them out here!

  • Children under 18 months are recommended to participate in our kids playgroup. Children outside of this age that purchase a trampoline or inflatable pass must be accompanied by a parent on the equipment at all times. The parents supervising pass is priced at the discounted rate of $5.00 and grants you access to all of the equipment your child is on.

Party Specific
  • (Walk-ins and phone bookings) A 50% deposit must be taken on a party to secure your booking (100% online). It is your responsibility to organise for the deposit to be paid in a prompt manner as the order is pending with no deposit and can be overwritten if another customer wants that same time slot.

  • The activities are 1 or 2 hours in duration. At the conclusion of activities you will engage in the food portion of the party which must be served at the conclusion of all activities. Once the food is concluded you are not permitted to re-enter any of the arenas.

  • You only have 40 minutes in the party room! It is the expectation that you are completely out of the room after your allocated time of 40 minutes is up to allow our staff to prepare for the next party.

  • We allow party bookings during the week! It must be organised via a phone call and we only have the trampolines and bubble soccer available unless your party value exceeds $700 in which case we can open the inflatable field. If the inflatable field is opened for your party it will also be for sale to the general public.

  • The minimum number required for a food catered party is 10. If you have less than 10 or less than 10 appear on the day you will still be charged for the minimum however parents are welcome to join in the activities for food.
